IE9 RTW / Final Will Come Very Soon

Donít expect Internet Explorer 9 to cook for much longer now that the Release Candidate development milestone is available for download.

On February 10, 2011, Microsoft launched IE9 RC 9.0.8080.16413 worldwide in no less than 40 languages.

The RC Build introduces a comprehensive set of improvements across various aspects of Internet Explorer 9, including performance, standards, user experience, and safety and privacy.

Not only is IE9 RC faster than Beta and rival browsers, but it now comes with such features as Tracking Protection, allowing users to control what third-parties can track them while online.

They said "very soon" about the beta of IE9 being in March last year and looks how long it took. But if it's in March this year I'll be happy. The RC is a vast improvement over the beta. Obviously, but usually IE browsers have always been slow even when MS claim that they are faster.

Hope the RTW is soon.

Glad to see the RC, the beta was crashing alot, so far no crashes with RC.

My Reliability Monitor is looking pretty bad, hope it returns to pre-beta marks.

Win7 Ultimate X64

I have been running IE9 for about 3-months and feel that the Release Candidate is indeed ready to be released. In my opinion this version is the best Internet Explorer that I have run yet. But for now...I'm still stuck on chrome!

IE9 prevents GTA IV from opening. Though that was the RC.
