I have a i7-930...want a 980x. I wonder what it will drop to (still out of my range at the moment).

PCCG in Aus has dropped the price to $1200 down from $1500...still too bloody dear to contemplate buying one new

Hmmm..... I just upgraded from a 930 to a 950 a few months back, now that 970 slides into the 950 price slot? mmmmm......

Makes holding on to the 1366 chipset that much more appealing as chip prices for the board will continue to fall. Wonder what the prices be like by the 3rd/4th quarter of this year

I've got my eye on the 970 and also wonder what the price will be about that time. Maybe an early Christmas present.
