Does the previous versions of IE need to be uninstalled before installing this? I checked Programs And Features and nothing is listed either under programs or updates.

EDIT: Nevermind, I found the instructions.

The restart caught me by surprise, especially since it didn't 'fully' restart.

(No, I never used the RC)

What do you mean it didn't "fully" restart?
It more or less logged off/on again - not a complete system restart.

*Edit* It was just explorer restarting, but I didn't have the RC installed.

I got this while installing it -

Followed by a complete restart. New install, no RC.

Two attempts to install on my viliv 70ex tablet failed. It gets to the installing phase and stops.
