| | yeah it is kind of like a scaled down 2003 server. I love it, i used to use it as a main repository for all my movies. it comes with a plugin that allows it to communicate with mce very easily. | | Not Vista Windows Home Server is based on Windows Server 2003. Definitely not Vista basic. You have to run a server version of anti-virus which would up your cost as I am not aware of any free av for servers but I guess you could use it as a client. I wouldn't myself as I like to keep my servers more protected/secured than web surfing allows. |
