Well good for the memory work, and the per tab memory usage is cool. But to claim that "Facebook is taking a lot of memory" is pretty disingenuous. It is in fact Firefox's rendering of Facebook that is taking the memory...

If Opera or chrome or IE uses 1/2 the ram to render the same page, it's still FF that has the memory problems (Which is has had from day one). For example the memory difference between FF and IE on this single page is IE: 24Meg and FF: 32Meg, fresh launch, zero menu bars or plugins. It's not Seven Formums taking 32 meg on Linux, it's still FF...

Firefox button > Options > Options

If you aren't using the awful button, "Options" is in the "Tools" menu.In the "Options" window: Advanced > UpdateMake your desired selections. :)

    Thanks .

Not much change at all to be upgraded from firefox 4 to firefox 5. I am disappointed, because they're basically the same.

It should be faster then IE9-64 since Microsoft didn't put much effort into IE9-64. It still has the old IE-8 engine. IE9-32 has the upgraded engine and is faster then IE9-64.

Looks like just an update for Mac OS. Doesn't show up when I check for FF updates in Windows. I guess I will wait for it to show.
