InformationService Pack 1 (SP1) for Microsoft Office 2010 (KB2460049) contains new updates which improve security, performance, and stability. Additionally, the SP is a roll-up of all previously released updates.NoteYou have to download the correct version 32 or 64-bit that matches the installed Office 2010 product, and not Windows operating system.

Anyone besides me have trouble install Office 2010 SP! 32 bit (on 64 bit OS)? It failed from a dl from MS and it failed through Win 7 update. Dl'd and loaded a KB for updater and it failed again. SFC shows good integrity. Had no problem with other updates. Any suggestions?
Same versions (32bit on win x64) installed OK for me. It sat for 10mins on configuring Windows on restart but seems to have gone in OK.
Just received the 64-bit version of SP1 for Office 2010 64-bit via Microsoft Updates and it installed fine - took a little while to configure itself, but other than that it's installed OK.
Interesting.
No where can I find any reference to Service pack 1 (SP1) in any of the programs (Excel, Word, etc.) after installing SP1 only changed version numbers under each programs About (Excel, etc.) in Help.
Edit: I found it under Additional Version and Copywrite information.

Tried with Firewall and AV turned off. (NIS 2011). Tried from safe mode. At this time it seems to me to be a security problem. Not sure what key (permissions) is blocking it.
