it undoubtedly looks like it's trying to appeal to the mac/chrome stylings.

those are obviously markets they want to get more interest from

Well I am keeping 3.6 on my desktop. I hate the chrome look and do not want to switch.

i was reluctant to try 4.0 much less 5.0 which updated to the latest 6.0 beta, but with my addons and several about:config tweaks i'm very happy.

    >>>yawns & stretches lazily<<<

Looks like Chrome/Opera/Ex-PLODE-r 9. Tastes like chicken.

Can someone tell me what the f*ck is wrong with the way FF3 looks? I installed addons to revert FF5 to look like FF3. If I want to use a chrome clone, I'd use the original!

Having said that, I find myself switching to chrome when FF5 slows down, but then return to FF when I miss awesomebar or addon, lol!

Go Mozilla!!! Goggle has too much to say in this day and age and offers little... esp. to me. Hate them. They're too intrusive...

The search box is gone, integrated into the AwesomeBar. There is also a new full screen mode, which moves the AwesomeBar inside the tab bar, IE9-style.

Awesome Bar? Really? Who are they targetting? 13 year olds? I don't want to use a product with an Awesome Bar.

    Firefox 8

I wish they'd fix the glitches, instead of spending all of their time on "art".

    For example (on my PC):

    • The Bookmark Indicator Star works erratically.
    • Roughly every 4th time I use it, it fails to shutdown and if I don't manually locate/save my session info and I lose my session.
    • Having to manually tweak the config settings to get rid of their "improvements" (e.g. protocol hiding).

If it wasn't for NoScript, I'd probably be forced to switch to IE9.
The trouble is, it annoys me every time I use it.
