I ran into that one earlier. It's mostly a reminder for the most part on the 8/1 expiration date for anyone still running a beta 7000 build(or anything prior to the RCs that is).

The last two links one being for the Technet forum there and the Getting started with the Application Compatibility Toolkit are the two that are not rather outdated at this point. As for the Windows 7 Deployment FAQ link that's part of the ongoing Technet library and can be a good reference at times.
