Ivy Bridge Benchmarks, Specifications, and Q2 2012 Release Date Leak Quote: Ivy Bridge has been on our radar for almost a year now, but with the 2012 release date fast approaching, leaks from the partner channel were inevitable. According to documents obtained by X-bit labs, Intel’s new Ivy Bridge chips will be shipping in Q2 2012, and eighteen parts are listed. Of these only eight are standard desktop flavors, with the remaining ten all falling under the ultra-low voltage banner. All of the new chips are based on Intel’s new 22nm process technology. dont rule AMD out of the picture just yet, remember how terrible their first range of dx9 GPU's were! Compared to Nvidias offerings they were underpowered and just poor. now look at their cards
and about 8 or so years ago the AMD Athalon was the cpu of choice compared to Pentium 4 lol its swings and roundabouts. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Built by badgers!!!
