Yeah, sad to see he's not doing very well. Hope he gets better soon, because what would the computer world be without a Steve Jobs or a Bill Gates?

Don't forget Woz and Ballmer (and everyone else who pioneered both companies), but yeah.. thoughts and prayers go out to Steve for a speedy recovery.

Well Gates is really not involved that much with Microsoft any more and they are still doing fine

I don't expect Jobs to be back when he says. I would have to think if it's really bad he will just leave and enjoy what time he has left and not be tied down to a company.

That's what I would do at least lol.

Correct me if I am wrong, but isn't Bill Gates still actively involved in Microsoft? He just isn't CEO anymore. Must be wierd to handover your top position to someone else.

Opinion on Steve Jobs Leave of Absence? ? ?
Personally, as crazy as this may seem, I think the leave of absence was pre-planned and that Apple will release products between now and June and Jobs will not be back. poor dude, I hope he's okay but fear he isn't. I've read some interesting articles as of late and it's weird if you look at the...
