I called my Computer Science professor before I did this and he told me that he knows about this and that I am eligable to do it since I am part of my university's ACM Chapter.

They found my name in the database and rang it up, all I need now is for my payment to process!

Don't worry they check if you're student or not, that's why it's taking so long with the payment approval. :)

You have to be a student other wise you not gonna get msdnaa access.

This is not about the Windows OS. It's about the other software they have for download.

That's about if you are already ACM member. They ask what school you go to when you register.

I registered under "Special Rates for Residents of Developing Countries", in Thailand. Sorta doubt they have the ability to check that.
