Got the the ball rolling by using my xp computer. Card accepted, money taken, still no download of pro. Daughter who is the student has her email on the account. She works all weekend 6 to 11 so will be Monday before I find out what came in her hotmail. Patience is a virtue.

If it is a credit card issue, call the bank today and find out why the card was denied... if its a debit card issue, put some more $$ in your account... Either way dont ignore it!!
    Yeah it's debit card, sorry.
But I'm sure there's enough money in my bank acc so that cannot be the problem, card is visa electron.

Also why doesn't they ask for the 3 digit number on the other side of the card, which also appears on visa credit card.

I guess I'll have to use someone's visa to see if that one works.

I am sorry for this OT, ive downloadted the languagepack from the ACM, there is no option in the control panel where i can load a new language. This is only for enterprise and ultimate, right?but is there a way, for a registry mod or something else, to make it that the option appears?

Okay, so I signed up an entire two days ago, and they still haven't processed my payment.

Do they only do that on weekdays or something? I checked my Visa, and they haven't even attempted to bill it yet. (I use prepaid cards so I can see stuff the second it's charged)

I just gotta hope they don't deny it... I used my dorm address at the university, but I have that Visa registered to my home address... meaning if they try to process the Billing Address it'll get rejected. But at least I'll *see* that it was rejected on the Visa statement, which so far hasn't happened.
