    Yeah its a little dissapointing they didnt add the tiem line. It's ok as a basic editor but could do with a little more features. I like the ribbon too and overall its quite easy to use but takes a little getting used to. My question is how do you output to a dvd? do you need seperate software again?

    Since there is no timeline, is there still away to let video files bleed into one another to create a ghost-like (out of body experience) overlay effect?

    the Live team should just give us all an update for the timeline. how am I going to enjoy video editing, heck, even edit video at all, without a timeline?!? my gosh!

    I do agree. I have not used this program because of it, but I find it would be just about impossible without one...
