oh i guess 98% of people on youtube are going to be arrested. This is so stupid, first they try that one law to kick out immigrants by forcing every Latino to hold their passport along with them just to prove they are citizens but end up being racial about it and doesn't pass and now this which is the stupidest attempt at making a law in human history to exist? Got to be kidding me this shall not past it's just stupid and childish. Plus this would be unconstitutional anyways due to the first amendment which would include freedom of speech and freedom of the press which is to publicly be able to write about something even though others might not seem to like it.Whoopee doo they can suck this one and stop crying and grow up.I swear some grown people think their still children and look for mamas wing aka the govt. jesus

He said it right there First time Didn't we make the Declaration of Independece and Bill of rights to resolve issue's like these ?

Let me get this straight we fought for freedoms and now were taking it away hmmm this is 2012 not 1776 I thought 300 years later we would all be singing Kumbaya right about now

Not "immigrants," just aliens who are in the country illegally. Big difference.
Yeah but they were assuming every Latino was illegal which is bs and those two old ladies who were trash talking about Latinos just showed they were just a bunch of racist but I knew it was being used towards finding aliens but why were they stopping every car that had a Latino and asking for proof of citizenship only even alot of them were ciztens and were naturally born in this country or got papers? Why weren't they stopping people of white or black background? Hey there could of been a alien who wasn't suppose to be here that could of been Canadian or some were like Russia or Jamaica but yet is living illegal here. I'm not against kicking out people who come to our country illegally but when they are targeting only one group then it becomes obvious it's more of a thing targeted against one group.

Here is a fun one for ya.

Say your in a thread/comments posting, and someone is "trolling" in there and someone has said something to said troll. Now you on page 2 join the posting flow to find out its about the "trolled post" and now your an accessory to a crime!

The Trollee is the one that gives the Troller the fuel to Troll!! So the trollee is always an accessory to a crime!

I remember a time on a different forum, where the troll was actually a forum admin, under a different username. Since admins and some mods have the ability to control usernames, I would imagine that it would be pretty difficult to pin any "crime" on them. Just remember that while some actions are always wrong, in today's environment, a crime is a matter of definition, and it is not always the government that defines them.

    Hi there
It's about time the Politicians should leave technology to proper people who understand it

I can just imagine 70% of the US legal systems being tied up in trying to sort out the question "What defines Trolling".
These politicians need to get real and get the Economy working properly again -

A stupid law has just been proposed in the UK - on a different topic but also incredibly stupid.

If you buy a Cold (pre-cooked "pastie" = a type of meat pie with potato / veggies in it - this type of pie originated in Cornwall UK but is quite popular -- I quite like them when I'm in the UK) from a Bakers shop then no VAT is paid.

If it's slightly heated (so imagine it's just come out of the Oven) the UK Govt want to charge VAT (a type of sales tax) on these saying "It's Restaurant food". !!! They exempted Bread however showing how rediculous this law is in the first place.

So what constitutes a "Warm" or a "Hot" pastie.

Is there really no limit to the sheer stupidity of some of these politicians.

Incidentally the amount of Tax that potentially could be collected on this is actually LESS than the Pension pot given to one of those failed Bankers who was partially responsible for contributing to the economic mess most of the West finds itself in ("Fred the Shred" -- around 14.5 Million GBP -- 30 Million USD approx.).

    Hi there

This is just as much problematical to "Quantify" as is "Trolling".

Different cultures / different people react differently to different conditions -- and also if say English isn't your first language it's quite easy to make small errors which totally alter the meaning of what's being said.

Also if you take part in "Public" debates such as on the Internet -- well you put yourself in the firing line anyway.

The Mods of any site are much better qualified as "Referees" of this type of behaviour.

Politicians should leave this stuff alone, clear THEIR OWN HOUSES FIRST and get the economy working properly again.

    Cheers
