PS: I never buy MS Software from E-Bay or Craigs List. It is really buyer beware as much of it
is either counterfeit or TechNet software that is not allowed to be sold.
As the old saying goes, If the price is too cheap, then it is most likely bogus.

The sort of Bail and fines in this case are a JOKE -- I'll bet that guy walked away from Court laughing his head off while the Next Shipment is already being prepared.

If it were me I'd stump up the 10,000 USD Bail and be on the first plane out of there !!!.

I don't agree with the person's actions but the authorities need to get their priorities right -- do they REALLY think setting Bail at 10,000 USD will deter the REAL players in this trade.

I hope the US Taxpayer applauds the total waste of money this case is going to cost in FBI agents time and Court judges fees by sitting a pimply spotted teen (or in this case a 26 year old low level "Mule") in "Clink" while the real criminals get away with it.

A better punishment would be IMO for the guy to have to work as a canteen assistant or other low level employee at a Microsoft Campus for say a year with an orange "boiler suit" carrying a Logo -- Hi Ms - I tried to STEAL one of your products that you spend all week designing and I've copied your work and been selling it in the Street.

Crazy thing about this man is He has probally sold more then a few thousand copies which the 10,000 bail bound was a drop in the bucket if i Re-call most Office Suites are over 300.00 us x 1500 copies hell that guy was chillen

Im sure he sold more then 1,500-20,000 dollar worth of copies
