It's called InPrivate Filtering in IE8. It's called Tracking Protection in IE9. I had to go fire-up Win8 in VB and take a look. I normally use IE8. The filtering is similar. Abine and others produce files for IE9 that you can use to setup the filters or you can make/add your own. I like the setup in IE8 better though.

You're welcome. I suppose the name was changed toTracking Protection because InPrivate Filtering was getting confused with InPrivate Browsing too often.
