Yes, I am afraid there are a number of MS existing user base who fell abandoned. As if their needs have been met with indifference.
Not the best way to manage any kind of transition.
I do not feel abandoned by MS rules at all, just the new techs are ever growing up the future that fast, we cannot even upgrade every two or three years without feeling having messed up our lives!
So, better sometimes put blinders and wait for the next train. Did some done it with Vista? Well, are you using that old windows 8 now?
