Describes me too! I live in rural Lincolnshire, country dwellers everywhere get the worst deal with Broadband.

Recently had a long telecon with my ISP, patient & courteous Tech Support managed to FINALLY stabilise my line at around 2.5 to 2.7 MB. I was trying to work BBand with dial-up speeds.
If 8 is a step too far, looks like 9 might be a "Giant Leap!"
Cloud is blue sky thinking gone mad. I hope I'm wrong, but I see all kinds of mega disaters for this technology.
