I'm almost like Occupy. I'm a 2%er. Opera, lol. A Guy
I use Chrome for all my mobile browsing and now at work i have moved to using it as well since we are still on XP at work and cannot use IE9+. I use IE 9 at home though as my main but with all the mobile browsing now Microsoft is joining the mobile fray too late with IE10. It will be an uphill battle to get IE 10 widely adopted. They will have to make IOS and Android versions as well as the obvious original flavor in Windows 8.
Hell they haven't even previewed it yet for Windows 7 users, which is a major mistake imo when it supposedly comes out at the end of the month. They should have released a public beta for IIE 10 for Windows 7 quite awhile ago
Not surprising chrome is kind of main stream browser now. Anyways I use firefox due to add ons i use and prefer the UI.
finished up with FF a while back and works best for me ,Chrome for certain sites, then IE way back down the list
All the major browsers are over rated. Chrome won't load my favorite website very well if at all. Presently I'm using Aurora, Yandex, and Panda Safe.
Frankly I like avoiding Google and Microsoft as much as possible just on the principle of safe guarding my privacy.
I've been using Netscape/Mozilla/FF since 1998. Every time I use anything else, it just feels too weird.
Used to use Netscape YEARS ago, then switched to IE3(?).
Switched to Firefox when it introduced tabbed browsing.
Then back to IE8-9-10 (never took to IE6 or 7).
Still use FF for Farce-book etc, IE10 (not Metro) for most
other sites.
