Try this, although I don`t use it.
Waterfox - The fastest 64-bit variant of Firefox on the web
I'm still for FireFox xD
Wish I could say the same. I really have no idea as of yet why the performance deteriorated. I first thought there were problems with my ISP, but after several days of dealing with the problems and then reinstalling IE9, I know it was IE10. I'll install IE10 final when it becomes available and see what happens.
IE10 is fast, I'm hesitant to switch, but at the rate firefox is going it seems best. I'm surprised with Microsoft, they did it.
No selective script blocking, no go.
It's worse than that according to Ed Bott.Strange.ZDNetSummary: As a consumer, you'd think that the meaning of "Do Not Track" is pretty clear. But the big data-collecting companies that are behind this standard seem intent on making sure it does nothing at all.

Mine only crashes ~1/fortnight during shut down (on W7).
I have 7 different FF profiles in my W7 install (and my 20+ VMs all have their own FF profiles).
It is twitchy in my XP install though.
Have you tried creating a new user profile (for Firefox, not Windows)?

A couple things I noticed that IE 10 can't do.
It will not allow me to update my routers firmware when using IE10 but IE9 still works for this. Obviously this is for security reasons but none the less we need to be able to do these things with our browsers.
IE10 also does not allow me to run my .gws file which is a router settings file to restore all router settings with. I have to use IE9 for this also.
These are standard files for router maintenance yet for some reason Msoft has left us out in the cold here.
I did mess with the security setting to no avail.
