Yeah sorry guys for getting a little off-topic. I've come to a conclusion that an SSD is not worth it for my laptop now, because of the fact that it has no battery.
BTW - about Windows 8....like jimbo45 said, it's probably my SSD that is the reason for the performance. I'm pretty sure that if I installed 7 now it would be just as speedy.
