It requires no registration, trials or renewals and will be available for Windows XP SP2 or SP3, Windows Vista and Windows 7 including Windows XP mode on both x32 and x64 PCs. Microsoft Security Essentials will be available in eight languages and 19 countries including Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Mexico, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Singapore, Spain, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the United States. | | Having used right through beta i have been chuffed to bits wth this. On that note though, is it likely that the beta will update itself through win updates? I'm guessing so... if there are indeed further updates. I guess there is no hope of MS going back to the previous icons... the newer ones are a tad invasive :P |

| | It doesn't like my IP. its a valid US ip and MSE says its not available in my country. Its only available in the US,etc. I even tried IE no joy Go figure. Ken |
