    Priceless.
That's an oldie but goodie! I love the quote in that one the best. It fits perfectly for explaining just what 8 is!

"It's not that Windows 8 is a bad operating system. Conceptually, it's actually quite brilliant. But I grew up in the PC era, and I'm more comfortable with the traditional windowed environment."

"I encourage everyone looking for a new tablet or a touch-enabled notebook to upgrade to Windows 8. But if you're already on Windows 7, I would wait until Windows 9 to upgrade, by which time some of these kinks will have been worked out."

    See this here instead:

Big surprise: Bill Gates thinks Windows 8 is great | Windows 8 - CNET Reviews

Bill gates thinks windows 8 is great. Cnet link above.

What does Bill Gates think about Windows 8?

Unfortunately, even bill gates is blind.

Those are Oct 2012 articles. It was easy for him to talk it up in Oct before it even launched. Since then considering it hasn't even kept pace with Vista let alone W7, maybe Gates has had time to reconsider. Like they say.....money talks.

    Priceless is right Lehnerus. LOL

We don't put clutches on automatic cars, but Microsoft does.

    Here's mine....

    Windows 8.1 Pro RTM 64-bit w/WMC.

No 3rd-party start menu, I just use Quick-Launch.

Still has a few bugs, but I like it better than Windows 8.

    Wenda.
    Very Nice Midland Red.
Do you have a high quality link to the locomotive on your desktop? Thanks Tony.

Those old gear driven locomotives fascinate me (heck, any locomotive, especially steam powered, fascinates me). I would love to see one up close and personally.

Where I live, we have the Great Northern Steam Locomotive. Picture Below :)

Edit: I also have a HO Model Train of this exact setup, minus the numbers on the side. :) Its a 2-4-0 setup. :)
