Opera embraces WebKit in browser brain transplant

Quote:

Opera is a great browser, perhaps by adopting this new rendering engine, it will help it with some of the struggles it has with loading certain webpages?

Tis a sad day to see Presto dying, now Opera will just be another Chromium fork with some added features.

RIP Opera, I'll miss you.

How do I get Opera to install on my Windows 7 64 bit system. I tried to install it and it gave me a message that said it won't work on 64 bit systems - only 32 bit. Yet I've seen posts here and elsewhere where people say if works fine on 64 bit. What's the secret? Thanks.
