Might explain why it isn't being offered by wu.

Not noticed anything else.
Thanks.

BTW I don't know how this migrated into an IE10 discussion

It will me most useful for us Geek types when re installing 7SP1. You can run the patch, let it install and then once the required reboot has occurred have a secure system. They have got those hours of downloads into one small patch. I have installed it and noticed no difference. Oh and since I never used IE 9 I don't know if that worked OK with the catalogue site either.
I have noticed quite a difference from yesterday. For one thing it turned on DHCP The fixes are in the links below:

An enterprise hotfix rollup is available for Windows 7 SP1 and Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1

Is this a hotfix rollup or an update roll up? From what I've seen it is a hotfix rollup, not an update rollup. Also, does this change anything significantly?

Plus is it only for IE10 users I can't quite make out which is which must be something to do with senior "times" LOL!!

Does this hotfix automatically remove the updates it "rolls up" from the update list (i.e. if I were to do a new install will I only be offered this hotfix)?
