This be the resaon my bro can't get any emails on his account ? He can send emails just cant get them.

That seems to have been a limited problem depending on location for some while others wiere uneffected. Through all that I was to receive any incoming as well as sending mail as long as the sender had things configured correctly(contact info) at the other end.

For WLM that's still rather new while now having been available since late last year. It sounds like they still had a few bugs to work out of it just like with any other provider.
