With all the technology available it's a wonder users can even form a hypothesis.
You are no different than me or the other respondents to this thread, troubleshooting anything can take a lot of work.
Take cooking for example, if a dish goes wrong you have to think back to try and find "where did it go wrong"?
So if you have a problem just try and describe it the best you can.
