    Hi there
    Agreed -- however you were alluding in your Original post to people using facilities you might not agree to them being allowed to -- and this of course implies some sort of rules as to how people access the service.

    I still maintain that a free 30 mins for anybody while a free service for customers would be the best system -- everybody wins.
