Just a thought.
It might be a Facebook problem and not a browser problem.
I use Firefox 95% of the time with no problems. The other 5% I use I.E.10.
I do not use Facebook.

It is a Facebook problem, a Facebook script keeps crashing all the time.

Only crashes I've had are from Flashplayer needing updating or reinstall. When I allowed Flash's updater to start with Windows it stopped for the most part. No need to be too stubborn about Clean Boot.
Agreed.

Flash Player is a menace.

The "NoScript" add-on takes care of most of the other troublemakers you are likely to encounter, whilst browsing the Internet.

Thats just facebook... actually, I've not really thought about it, but I can probably count on one hand the amount of times Firefox (as opposed to an addon, like flash) has crashed on me recently.

I have yet to even make an account on Facebook,
Most people don't understand why,
It's really simple/ not interested same goes for Tweeter Google groups.....
I guess I'm just weird and like to talk to people in person or phone

It's the difference between living virtually and in real time. The social media allows users to construct a virtual existence that can completely avoid reality even when they are walking around in it.

I find it such a colossal waste of time I can't be bothered to do more than set up the Facebook and Twitter I was told I needed to be a renewed MVP, which itself was annoying.

The extent to which Windows has been derailed is due to this. The "social media" trend was so powerful that MS is willing to gamble the productive desktop experience it built for a billion users and which drives the world economy. How is that working out for them?

You can have a fun time reading all of the security risks of these simple little browser plugins
Lets not forget these plugins are built into Every webpage I've ever seen.

I hate facebook as well. Problem is, that is the easiest place for me to talk to people. It sucks and I hate it. I have a lot of friends that are work aholics and I find it impossible to talk to on the phone with them. I could text, but facebook is a bit easier to manage everything. But I hate it...
