Yeah, close to that, if not quite.
Caching to available RAM can make for some much faster speeds though, but that's neither here nor there (other than I have heard of RAM overclocking).
So that being said, overclocking the SSD while being limited by SATA, seems kind of like a gimmick to me. But I guess if you get a new lower performing SSD and want to push it marginally faster at the risk of reduced life potential, this could be an option.
