Well, they've tried and failed. But that isn't the point, the point is they aren't going after the sites that host the information. They're going after the companies that ALLOW the hosting. My personal/family server was shut down because of the content it hosted.
I would scan the documents, but I'm not at home anymore. My site required credentials to login, and view the contents. How did I get busted? My ISP noticed my bandwidth usage went from the usual 750GB - 1Tb a month to nearly 5TB a month. Companies don't need your permission to view your bandwidth usage or scan your packets, you freaking agree to that when you sign up.
