Tried office 2013 but for an average joe like me, it was a disappointment to see no dark theme in it. I just use office for viewing power points and saving some data in word. And office 2013 felt painful to eyes with its whitish themes.
Love the black theme in office 2010.
Microsoft doing same with the office as it is doing with windows. Not really listening to customer feedback...
I hope SP1 bring some good news

Source: Office News - Office 2013 Service Pack 1 coming early next yearI want to give you a quick heads up that early next year we'll release Service Pack 1 (SP1) for the 2013 set of products including Office, SharePoint and Exchange. SP1 will deliver performance enhancements, feature updates and improve compatibility with Windows 8.1. Of course if you're an Office 365 customer, you're always up to date with the latest versions of our products. We'll have more details to share on all that is coming in SP1 and how customers can acquire it closer to availability.
