Its not like they finished and released the final version, gave everyone a pat on the back, said good work and told them to come back in 6 months to start on the next version. :) They will ALWAYS be working on newer versions. :)

Thats for you to decide, I will say I recommend MSE to everyone. Its free, does its job and doesn't bug the user.

yeah i heard its pretty good. Does it hav a web scanner so if you click a dodgy link on google or something, does it block that webpage from connecting?

Not that I am aware of, but its real-time scanner does pick up things as close to instantly and humanly possible.
