I have a Dell Inspiron with a Core i5 CPU. I am running Windows 7 Home - 64 bit. I have McAfee Anti-Virus Software. My computer has 2 issues that appeared after a Windows update. My IE 10 will not start. It flashes a Screen momentarily and shuts down.
