Sorry, I have no idea about Windows mail. I use AOL.
ok no problem can you please tell me where can i ask this thing.
Just start a thread in the 'General Discussion' forum. I am sure there are plenty of people that know about Windows Mail. For me it was too much of a pain in the neck. AOL is so much easier and I never have to worry about my mail.

Hi. am writing first post on Win7 Forum.

Am wondering if someone can explain how to delete text, etc in Windows 7 Home Premium "Wordpad": When i highlight text there is no "Delete" option in right-click menu, and cannot find any "Delete" option on the Toolbar array.

So to delete anything i use not very satisfactory method of highlighting it, and then selecting "Cut" in right-click menu.

Surely there is a "Delete" option somewhere or some way to put a "Delete" option into the right-click menu??? Have not been able so far to find any answers in Win7 "Help" or on Web.

Any advice will be very much appreciated.

Highlight the text and press the Delete button (DEL) on your keyboard. That is the easiest. But 'Cut' is good too.
