    Weird - I can download it with IE, but Firefox gives me a blank page. Other MS pages have done the same thing.

    Thank you for the link. I have always purchased a book for reference and it sits on the shelf 99.9% of the time. This makes more sense. I also downloaded the Office and IE guides for reference.
