    Testers who decided they wanted a physical version, instead of one for download, of their free copy of Windows 7 Ultimate will see it arrive in the next month or so.

    Do you get a free copy if you downloading the RC (legally) from Microsoft's website and got your key by using your hotmail account? Thanks!

    Nope, you're correct: only for testers who were on Microsoft Connect.

    Awww man! my brother really wants a key, he is super jealous of my laptop and is always using it cuz' it owns his Vista Home Prem. x64 :P

    It was a choice - you could get it, and you still can, as an ISO download from Connect, since August 7th. (I did.)

    Or choose a diffrent path, and get a nice, shiny, polished, wrapped and ornated disc like everyone else, only free.
