So you are saying that people should be forced to use any old garbage that developers insist is the "latest and greatest"?
Nope, I am saying have some sense and use a different browser. You don't like the new look of a browser update? Fine. Get an addon to change it, or switch browsers. But do not leave your pc unprotected just to keep the look of a browser the way you wanted it.
Fair enough.

I should point out that I actually run FF 28 in Linux Mint 17 (I've blocked updates for FF too).
I've heard that Pale Moon has a Linux version, but I haven't got around to trying it yet.

On a similar note, given that LTS releases can take anywhere around 2~5 years per cycle it's not at all uncommon for software repositories in LTS releases in Linux land to stay on old (sometimes very old) versions of software for reasons of stability and consistency unless you link up "backport" repositories. Debian is most prominent here with its very slow release cycles.

Where does Windows store list of apps pinned to the taskbar?
The title says it all. I have a taskbar filled with pinned apps and I'd like to move that information to another profile, but I can't find it anywhere. Anybody know?
