Ah OK, I see. I'll let you know when it's visible and can be accessed. Sorry. Original poist edited, added this:

It needs admin approval before it can be viewed. Sorry, in my vanity I was too hasty .

There's a Beatles song named I don't want to spoil the party... With that in mind, can someone give me a good reason why I shouldn't stay with Win 7 as long as they support it?
I don't want to spoil the party so I'll go
I would hate my disappointment to show
There's nothing for me here so I will disappear

No problem with doing that at all. I might do the same thing. But right now the preview has lots of good signs here so far. I am currently going to make it look as close to windows 7 as possible, and will create a thread on it.

    There's nothing wrong in that.

Father of a friend of mine here in the old East Germany still drives the Trabant he got after 12 years of waiting just before the East Germany ceased to exist, in 1989. He can move from point A to point B and that's all he needs to. As he often says, why change anything if the things he's used to use still work .

Before any of you geeks start criticizing: I am not comparing Trabant and Windows 7. I like Seven a lot, I am still running it on several virtual machines. I am simply referring to that strong feeling quite a many people have: "But I've always done it like this, I do not want to change anything".

Great, thanks! Just because I'm happy with Win 7 doesn't mean I'm not curious on 10

And I think Kari should change the description to "A funny old man"

I agree, no problems with staying with Win 7 until early 2020. I probably will stay with Win 7 unless Win 9 10 proves to be a spectacular improvement over Win 7.
