I got it from there but as said when I go to install it, it says I have it already but it failed so how can I have it?
I checked in control panel but it is not there, so it will not install

Saw in your specs that you're using x32 & x64 version of windows 7, did you picked up the right files for your system? Otherwise quick check in IE browser parameters the version you have installed. Should be Version 11.0.13 (11.0.9600.17358) if the latest patch.

Could restore point also and check WU again.

    Edit:
    You posted above before me!!

14 updates available. I did them in groups of three. Interesting that each time three installed there was a requested restart. I did a fourth restart on completion. After the last update mess I want several restore points.

    So far so good.

    Kb2949927

Is it safe to install the KB2949927 update?
I've seen some complaints about it.

It was in my "Important" update list, but it was not selected.

The other updates installed without any issues, but I installed them in groups like scr did.
