    Cleanup system files is a one time thing
    I did windows update cleanup after a clean install and before this update was offered so that's all I would need to use system cleanup for/ for a very long time.

    Windows 7 System Clean Up has been reported to be having problems. Hopefully Microsoft will get it fixed soon.

    If you install KB3021952 you will then be offered KB3034196 which should also be installed.
