I had a bunch of updates (29), one failed on the initial (KB3023224) Net framework stuff. Took about 30 minutes on this one before it failed. After completion, new update was available, same KB but this time it installed. Don't know if the updates caused updates from Adobe that happened at the end.

Got the updates today. All installed, including 2 optional ones. No problems.
(But I do them in batches, not all at once)

That's one thing I forgot to do after getting a clean Event Log. No problem here after the updates and running all day.

There have been some reports that KB3022345 can cause corrupted files (after checking with sfc /scannow). I'm checking to see if this is my problem. It's talked about here

Well because of the whole thing with the Windows 10 related updates, I don't install optional updates as much as possible unless I need to update a driver. And, since they are OPTIONAL, in my opinion they are not really necessary and can cause more problems if it is not for you.
