Have been running this a couple of days now. Works quite well.
    Drawbacks:
    1. No drive letter assigned to the drive = problems with synchronizers/backup software.
    2. Cannot open the files directly from the Skydrive window, you have to copy them to your computer first.

I feel the same way but this is way cool.
Why should we trust this program?

Well, I installed it, but it keeps crashing explorer.exe, probably because I am using a custom theme. Good idea though.

I had the same experience as Jordus; my files didn't show. The option that Airbot mentions above works great!
