Yes Barman, you are right there is a big difference between Roll Out & Roll Up.

we have not released additional updates to Windows 7 SP1 related to the upgrade process. We don't have further details to share, but we'll continue to listen to customer feedback.

I can't get it, regardless of the browser (IE10, IE11 or PM26) on my W7 and W10 installs.

Question about optimizing AV resource usage & scan convenience
