You mean that time McDonalds served coffee that was far hotter than it should have been, and the woman had to go to the hospital to be treated for 3rd degree burns?

Yeah, totally her fault they served it excessively hot, your image certainly applies to you.

And you know what? MS has been trying to force this on PC users who do not want it, against their will, potentially onto PCs that aren't even up to hardware spec to be running it in the first place. They asked to be sued.

I agree with other posters. If you ask someone who is not a Computer Geek what version of the operating system are you using you'll get everything from a blank look, OS? Google to Chrome to XP to Windows. People who are experts in other fields. My next door neighbor is a retired firefighter and EMT has a Vista PC which I added 2 Gb of ram to make 4 Gb ram on a core 2 duo runs very well. He told me he used XP he thought. Outside of Geekdom computers are just tools for people to work on. When it no longer works the user will try to describe what happened in layman's terms.
What Microsoft has done is appalling and hiding behind EULA and lawyers is typical of the convicted monopoly. There are also a bunch of Microsoft Press agents posting BS on many forums. Windows 10 is a failure. If it was that good as it is free no one would bother keeping 7 and 8.1 but many have. 7 still has well over 50% of the market. I hope this opens the doors for other users who had to spend good money on getting their PC's fixed after the 10 fiasco bricked their PC. The only way to get back at Microsoft is small claims courts so have at it.
