Finally got home from work, downloading the 64bit version right now.

Looking forward to the beta version; enjoyed the Technical Preview.

Reporting that the 64 bit Office will not install on a 64 bit machine if you have any version of office in 32 bit. To continue to installation all 32 bit versions must be removed.
I'll report back when I finish up.
Wow, that's bad news, I really wanted to try the 64 bit version but I'm not willing to uninstall my office 2007.
I have successfully installed the 64 bit Office 2010 on a 64 bit machine, I successfully activated the beta copy. This version is good for appx 11 months and is set to expire on 31/10/2010.

Thanks, I just wanted to be sure it would be around long enough to make it worth installing...it is.

That would depend on which beta version you are testing out. If you decide to test the 64 bit version you will need to remove all previous 32 bit versions. If you plan on using the 32 bit version then you should be fine.

Anyone know if Outlook (2010) will sync with smartphones? I have an HTC Pro 2 with Windows Mobile 6.1 and it syncs wirelessly well with Outlook 2007.

Also has anyone had any type of sync issues, especially with Windows Mobile Device Center?

I'd hate to replace my 2007 Office suite with 2010 only to run into sync problems. Yeah I know it's a beta program but...

    Thanks

Yeah I thought I read that somewhere during the download. Thanks.

    Print Files

Reporting that Office 2010 will open up Office files in older 32 bit Office version and successfully print them.

P.S. Hp has released Windows 7 printer drivers for almost all their printers.
