Wonder how many hacks that will break.
I'll let them run, as the only hack I have at the moment is for Win Mail and since installing Outlook I haven't been using it.
Thanks Airbot.

They go on to say.... Quote: The updates will be clearly described as a test update in Windows Update , and they will not install automatically. The updates will be offered interactively. This means that users will be notified of available updates, but they won’t install automatically. Users will need to go to the Windows Update control panel, select the updates, and manually start installation. These updates will simply replace system files with the same version of the file currently on the system, and will not deliver new features or fixes. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Alienware® ALX X58 OS Vista Ultimate SP2/Windows 7 Ultimate SP1/x64/XP SP3 x86 in VM CPU Intel® Core™ i7-975 Extreme O/C to 4.02 GHz, 8MB Cache Motherboard Asus® P6T Deluxe V2 X58 LGA1366 Memory 12GB DDR3 SDRAM at 1600MHz - 6 x 2048MB Graphics Card 1792 MB NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 295/Hauppauge HVR2250 TV Tuner Sound Card Onboard Soundmax® High-Definition 7.1 Performance Audio Monitor(s) Displays Samsung XL2370 LED backlit 23" W/S 2ms response time Screen Resolution 1920 X 1080 Keyboard Microsoft® Wireless Entertainment 8000 + Logitech® G15 Wired Mouse Microsoft® Wireless Laser 8000 + Logitech® G9 Wired PSU Alienware® 1200 Watt Multi-GPU Case Alienware® P2 ALX Chassis with AlienIce™ 3.0 Video Cooling Cooling Alienware® High-Perf. They don't say which files will be replaced. Could be anything that doesn't record user settings. Say the file that has the watermark in it or ... as it will actually replace that file with the one that is *supposed* to be there. Just a thought. I guess if there's a lot of complaining about what update did they'd know it was working, lol.

Who knows, it could be some covert operation to gather some kind of sensitive information. Besides the info they already gather from error reporting, CEIP, etc... | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Airbot 2.0 OS Windows 7 Ultimate x64 SP1 CPU Core i7 920 (D0) @ 4Ghz, *26c idle *65c full load on air Motherboard Asus P6X58D Premium - Sata 6Gb/s - USB 3.0 Memory 12GB DDR3 Corsair Dominator -CMD12GX3M6A1600C8 at 1600MHz Graphics Card EVGA GeForce GTX 480 -Aftermaket Accelero Xtreme Plus cooler Sound Card ASUS Xonar D2X Monitor(s) Displays 1 LG 24" Flatron W2453V-PF 1 Samsung 24" P2450H both 2ms RT Screen Resolution 1920x1080@60hz Keyboard Logitech Wireless MK700 Mouse Logitech Wireless MK700 PSU Corsair HX1000W Case Cooler Master HAF 932 Cooling Case Fans *3 230mm, *1 140mm/CPU - *Tuniq Tower 120 Extreme Hard Drives 1 OCZ Vertex2 180GB SSD

I have it on "Good Authority" (aka - total hearsay or completely made up), that MS is using this to gather secret user info and to install keyloggers and a hidden SMTP server so that all user info is gathered.
They are looking to see what percentage of users surf Pr0n so they can use that as leverage against users switching to Linux or Mac..
Either that or they're gathering whatever Pr0n pix they can find on users systems, for their own secret librarys. (insert heavy breathing here)
I don't believe for a second that these are a "Test" as they claim, there has to be some nefarious undertone to this. STAY AWAY!!!
