| Windows 7: “I'm a PC” Face-Offs |

“I'm a PC” Face-Offs Microsoft is parading victories in nothing short of the ultimate Windows face-off on its website and Linux and Mac OS X are nowhere to bee seen. This because the confrontations have nothing at all to do with market share, or with feature lineup, hardware and software support, security, etc. Instead, Microsoft has thrown one against the other Windows users in the arena of Windows Live Photo Gallery. A simple extension of The Rookies part of the reportedly $300 million Windows advertising campaign debuted in 2008 and, designed to breathe new life into the Windows brand, the new ads feature a battle among generations.

I wonder if I can get my parents into Windows 7 after I buy a touch-screen monitor. My mom have 71 and my dad have 76 years old and they never wanted to get contact with any computer in their lives. But, after few tests on Windows 7 and the new series of Microsoft software, I realized that using a PC nowadays is very simple, so I'll try again to get my parents into it...
I like what Microsoft is doing with his software. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number @Home: Built by me / @Work: Banghó Extrema OS @Home: Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 x64 / @Work: Windows 8 RP CPU @Home: C2Quad Q6600@2.4 GHz. / @Work: C2Duo E4500@2.65 GHz.
