Windows makes Macs run more quietly... Apparently, the latest 27" iMacs are coming in for some stick with the possibility of a huge recall on shipped models, and delays on new orders which will ensure pre-Xmas deliveries 'get it in the neck...'
Jobs & Co have managed to start shipping a product with screen flicker issues, black bar abhorrances, noisy pixels, and an apparent longing to be driven by Microsoft - which is rumoured to cure the display abnormalities... | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Custom built machine OS W7 x64 CPU Intel Q9300 2.5Ghz Quad LGA775 (Would like Q9650) Motherboard Gigabyte GA-EP45T-UD3R (F6 Bios) Memory 4Gb OCZ Gold 1,333Mhz Graphics Card Palit HD4850 O/C Sonic 512Mb DDR3, Dual DViD's Sound Card Azalia to twin Samson 50w Studio Monitors Monitor(s) Displays Twin Dell (E-IPS) U2311H 23.6" Screens Screen Resolution 1920 x 1080 @ 60Hz Keyboard Cherry PS/2 custom model Mouse Logitech M500 Laser Mouse PSU OCZ 600w Case Lian-Li PC8 acoustifoamed' aluminium tower Cooling Scythe 140mm Zipang Hard Drives Twin 1Tb Barracuda archivage, Twin TV/PVR 2Tb Samsungs, (80Gb Barracuda for the OS, but SSD envisaged...) I've woken from nap time and would now like my juice. I can't smirk without it.

Heh yeah, maybe they don't have to put up with the I'm a Mac ads there We deserve SOME kind of payback.
If Apple would just, you know, sell their OS/Machine in a respectful way? I mean when was the last time you even saw an OS X screen shot in a TV ad? What do Macs do? Anything? Are they a computer? What do they look like? You'd never know from their TV ads, just a bunch of self richeous MS eye poking. So if Apple gets it's own eye poked, well, the universe has righted itself a bit | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Scratch built OS Windows 7 x64 Ultimate CPU i7 960 Motherboard Asus P6X58D Memory 12 Gig Corsair Dominator Graphics Card Nvidia 480 Sound Card Maudio Delta 44 + breakout box Monitor(s) Displays Dell UltraSharp U2410 24in and Samsung 21 dual monitors Screen Resolution 1920x1200 and 1280x1024 Keyboard Logitech G15 + N52 game pad Mouse Logitech MX518 PSU Corasair TX850 Case Cooler Master HAF Cooling Corsair H50 Hard Drives Primary: Intel X-25M G2 160G SSD

Ya it must be nice, when your Apple computers video card is out dated or starts flickering you can just go and buy a new one @ Best Buy. OH wait thats a PC i'm thinking of Sorry..
but you can still upgrade the RAM right ?... OH wait thats the hard drive i'm thinking of... wait can you change the hard drive? Do I need a special screw driver for that? hhhhmmmmm
I'm sure regular hardware works, doesn't it? | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Toshiba L355D-7901 OS Windows 7 X64 CPU AMD Turion™ X2 Dual-Core Mobile Processor RM-72 Motherboard AMD M780G chipset Memory 4GB PC6400 DDR2 SDRAM Graphics Card ATI Radeon™ 3100 Graphics Sound Card Realtek High Definition Audio Monitor(s) Displays 17.0” diagonal widescreen TruBrite® TFT LCD Screen Resolution 1440x900 Mouse Microsoft Bluetooth Notebook Mouse 5000 Hard Drives 250GB (5400 RPM) Serial ATA |
