Windows makes Macs run more quietly...

    Posted: 15 Dec 2009
Apparently, the latest 27" iMacs are coming in for some stick with the possibility of a huge recall on shipped models, and delays on new orders which will ensure pre-Xmas deliveries 'get it in the neck...'

Jobs & Co have managed to start shipping a product with screen flicker issues, black bar abhorrances, noisy pixels, and an apparent longing to be driven by Microsoft - which is rumoured to cure the display abnormalities...

    I call BS.

Everybody knows that Apple hand make their components out of Unicorn Horns (which justifies the cost).

Since Unicorns are magical, nothing bad can happen to an Apple product.

    They 'just work'

If deriving a modicum of amusement from irrefutable proof that Apple products are just as fallible as their PC counterparts, thereby rendering one of the most oft used arguments for justifying a Mac purchase now defunct, then so be it.

I've woken from nap time and would now like my juice. I can't smirk without it.

Heh yeah, maybe they don't have to put up with the I'm a Mac ads there We deserve SOME kind of payback.

If Apple would just, you know, sell their OS/Machine in a respectful way? I mean when was the last time you even saw an OS X screen shot in a TV ad? What do Macs do? Anything? Are they a computer? What do they look like? You'd never know from their TV ads, just a bunch of self richeous MS eye poking. So if Apple gets it's own eye poked, well, the universe has righted itself a bit :)
