In windows 7 build 7022, readyboost is missing. Does anyone know if it is back in build 7048?

If I want to install the home premium version of windows 7, can I do that in build 7048 without losing any of my data? I am currently running Windows 7 Ultimate build 7022, and I want to try the Windows 7 Home Premium in build 7048.

Welcome aznkid25.

I would strongly suggest a backup of your data when installing a newer version of WIn 7 either X32 or X64.
A clean install will be necessary.

I'll be installing win 7 7048 X64 in a few minutes, my data is already backed up.

Hope all goes well

But if I am dual-booting it with vista right now, will my windows 7 backup mess up my windows vista backup?

make sure you install it over the old one (WIN 7)...any other build (Windows 7) will be deleted, and your Vista will be ok, just make sure you install on the RIGHT partition or hard drive.

After installing the windows 7 build 7048, my weather gadget that comes by default in windows 7, says that "service is not available in your region." But when I was running build 7022, i had no problems. I am connected to the internet, and can access all websites. Is this a bug? I have included screenshots.
